1 lb. burger, cooked 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. onion 1/4 c. green peppers Mix above ingredients and put in a pie shell. CHEESE TOPPING: 1 egg 1/4 c. milk 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Mix and put over pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. |
