2 pkgs. frozen green beans, barely cooked 1 can bean spouts, drained 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 1 can mushroom pieces, drained 1 can cheese soup 1 sm. onion, minced 1 can fried onion rings (optional) Toss green beans, with sprouts, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Put in shallow casserole. Combine soup with minced onions. Spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8. |
