1ST MIXTURE: 1 pkg. egg noodles (flat) Boil until tender and drain. Brown and drain. Brown onion and 1 bell pepper with ground beef. Set aside. 2ND MIXTURE: 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can tomatoes 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can tomato sauce Chili powder to desired taste Mix 1st and 2nd Mixtures together. It should be enough for 2 casseroles. Pour into casserole dishes. Top with shredded or sliced mild Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. For a cheesier taste, add a layer of cheese in the middle. |
