5 oz. tri-color pasta, cooked & drained 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 5 oz. half & half 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon or 6 1/2 oz. tuna, drained & cleaned Parmesan cheese Stir together soup, milk, 1/3 cup cheese and lemon juice. Fold in salmon or tuna. Mix with pasta and pour into casserole dish. Cook, uncovered, in microwave on high 7 to 9 minutes, turning after 4 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese before serving. 6 servings. |
