CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
Celery salt to taste
Onion salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
6 to 8 slices American cheese
1 lg. can biscuits

Brown and drain fat from ground beef. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and ketchup. Mix well. Add spices to taste. Spread meat mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan. Lay American cheese slices across top of meat mixture. Flatten biscuits by hand (they will look like hamburger buns). Place flattened biscuits on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
