1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

1 c. shredded carrots
4 c. shredded zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. browned hamburger
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix

In saucepan melt 1/2 cup butter and add both packages of stuffing mix. Place half of mix in 9 x 13 pan. Spread zucchini mixture over the stuffing and top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
