2 1/2 cups peeled, cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1-1/4 cup white sugar 2 eggs 3/4 stick butter 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes 1/2 cup chopped pecans 3/4 stick butter (6 tablespoons) Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9" casserole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400°F degrees. Combine topping ingredients and spread evenly over hot potatoes. Cover with miniature marshmallows and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees until marshmallows are evenly browned and melted. Submitted by: Melinda Dobbs |
