HOT FUDGE BROWNIE SUNDAE
 

21 oz. fudge brownie mix
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 1/2 c. peanuts

TOPPING:

2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely. Spread softened ice cream over brownies.

Top with peanuts and freeze until firm. Melt all topping ingredients except vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool 1 hour. Pour over brownies and ice cream and freeze again.
