NO-NAME CANDY

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) box chopped dates
Vanilla

Cook above until thick. Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Spread on Ritz crackers. Heat oven to 400 degrees, turn oven off, let crackers set 3 minutes in oven. Take out, chill. Cover with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

Soften cream cheese, add in about 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. Beat until smooth.
