CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
 

1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. mini marshmallows
12 oz. jar chunky peanut butter (about 1 1/3 c.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine evaporated milk, sugar and marshmallows in heavy 10" skillet. Set over medium heat and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in the peanut butter and the vanilla until evenly blended. Turn into a buttered 8" square pan and spread into corners. Chill before cutting into 1 1/2" squares. Makes about 2 pounds of fudge.
