BROWNIE HOT FUDGE SUNDAES
 

1 (family size) pkg. fudge brownie mix
1/2 gal. mint chocolate chip ice cream
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
20 whole maraschino cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Prepare, bake and cool brownie mix. Cool completely. Cut into 20 servings.

FUDGE SAUCE:

6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and slightly thickened. Place each brownie on plate. Top with scoop of ice cream and dollop of whipped topping. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
