1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Mix together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil until sauce thickens. (Hot fudge sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.)
