1 cup plus 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 tbsp. cocoa 1 tbsp. milk 1 tbsp. vanilla
In a large bowl combine the 1 cup powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla. Form the mixture into balls. Roll each ball in 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Place candy on plate and serve. Put the leftovers into the freezer.

This recipe was super easy to make and only took minutes. It is so easy that it would be really fun to do with kids. The only thing wrong is the powdered sugar starts to get absorbed by the balls. Other than that they are great and taste great. Big thumbs up!

Another alternative to rolling the peanut butter balls in powdered sugar is to melt either chocolate chips or the fondue-type chocolate (melts smoother) and roll each ball in the chocolate, coating either the whole ball or just half the ball. My daughter and I love them this way!
