Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and salt over low heat.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and chopped white baking chips. Stir until blended.
Line an 8 or 9 inch pan with wax paper. Spread fudge evenly into pan. Chill 2 hours until firm. Turn onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into pieces.
