1 pkg. cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. can peaches
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake according to the directions on the back of the box. Pour cake batter into a square pan. Combine peaches, sugar, butter, nutmeg and flavor in a sauce pan heating ingredients until warm. Pour warm ingredients on top of cake batter. Bake until golden brown.
