1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 angel food cake, loaf size 1 qt. strawberries Beat first 4 ingredients together in 9 x 12 inch dish arrange 1/2 of angel food cake to cover bottom of pan. Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over cake. Spread a layer of strawberries. Repeat layers of angel food, cream cheese, and strawberries. Cover with glaze. GLAZE: 1 c. water 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 4 tbsp. strawberry Jello Bring sugar water and cornstarch to a boil; add Jello. Cool and pour over cake. |
