Lg. bag of Oreo cookies
2 sm. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
Lg. Cool Whip

(Mix these together). Prepare pudding, add milk and beat. Mix butter, cream cheese, add to pudding mix, add Cool Whip. Place cookies (that have been made into crumbs in your food processor), on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan add pudding that has all other ingredients added, on top of cookie crumbs, then add crumbs on top of pudding mixture.
