1 box yellow cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
6 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. German chocolate

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Grate chocolate bar and stir well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all ingredients.
