1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt and bring to boil first two ingredients. Add next two ingredients and mix. Add next five ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix first three ingredients. Add next three. Mix.
