1/2 lb. butter 3 c. sugar 3 c. Swans Down cake flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla flavor 1 tsp. lemon flavor 1 tsp. coconut flavor 1 tsp. rum flavor 1 tsp. almond flavor 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs Cream butter and sugar together in large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 of dry ingredients, stir in milk and the remaining dry ingredients. Mix in all five flavorings, mix well with hand mixer for 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool. GLAZE: Add into mixing bowl: 1 tsp. lemon pudding Combine 1 teaspoon vanilla, coconut, rum and almond flavoring. Boil all ingredients, stirring constantly. Pour over cake. |
