COCONUT - LEMON POUND CAKE

1 box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix, (Duncan Hines)
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. apricot juice
1/2 c. sugar

Mix oil, eggs, juice, sugar and cake mix. Oil and flour tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Ice cake while cake is hot. When cool, put apple jelly on cake; top with coconut.
