1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cocoa and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Mix until thick enough to spread over hot cake.
