HOTCAKE OR WAFFLE MIX

1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 oz. butter (approximately 2 1/2 tbsp.)
2 eggs
4 c. flour
3 c. milk

Mix only until blended. Bake on greased griddle. Makes 18-20 (6 inch) hotcakes.
