1 1/2 c. white sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. warm water
3 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in warm water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9 x 13 pan. Add all ingredients above. Be sure to dissolve baking soda with warm water. Mix well 2-5 minutes.

Pour in pan. Bake 25-35 minutes and enjoy.
