1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, not melted
3/4 box confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix, melted butter, nuts, and one egg by hand. Spread into a 13 x 9 pan. Mix cream cheese, remaining butter, sugar, and two eggs and pour over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool well before covering.
