Mix together:

1 box of loaf cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water

Pour this mixture into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.

Then mix together:

3 c. Ricotta
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy. Pour Ricotta mixture gently over the top of cake mixture with large spoon. (Mixture goes to bottom.) Bake at 360 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
