2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. Coca Cola
1/2 c. Buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows Sift flour and sugar together. Mix in saucepan; butter, cocoa, oil, Coca Cola. Bring to a boil. Combine with dry ingredients, add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. CAKE ICING: 1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Coca Cola
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix butter, cocoa, Coca Cola in pan, bring to a boil. Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and nuts. Pour over cake while warm. |
