3 tbsp. Amaretto 1/2 c. blanched whole almonds Place Amaretto in 9 inch glass pie plate. Stir in almonds tossing to coat. Microwave at high for 4 to 5 minutes or until glazed and light golden brown, stirring after each minute. Almonds will continue to toast after they are removed from oven. Spread on sheet of foil to cool. Store in airtight container. Serve as a snack or dessert garnish. |
