1 egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed & drained

Whip egg white and sugar until almost stiff. Add strawberries. Beat until very stiff and of desirable spreading consistency. Frosts 1 (10") angel food cake.
