1 qt. or 4 c. milk
19 heaping tsp. cornstarch
2 c. sugar
1 lemon peel
2 sm. cinnamon sticks
Pound cake

Low, stir constantly when thick, squeeze 6 drops lemon juice. Pour when hot. Layer cream and pound cake. Sprinkle and cinnamon on top. Chocolate chips, optional. Refrigerate.
