2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter-butter
1/2 c. oil
4 tbsp. Nestles Quik
1 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda

Sift together flour and sugar in large bowl. In saucepan, bring to boil butter, oil, Nestles Quik and water. Pour on flour and sugar mix. Beat thoroughly at low speed. Add eggs, buttermilk and soda. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking oil or greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

NESTLES QUIK FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. Nestles Quik
5 to 6 tbsp. buttermilk
3/4 to 1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Bring butter, Nestles Quik and butter to boil. Remove from heat and add other ingredients. Mix well and put on warm cake.
