2 c. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely before topping. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 pkg. sm. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. |
