1 cake mix (yellow, white, or chocolate) 2 eggs 1/2 c. nuts 1/4 c. oil Mix by hand. Batter will be stiff. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put batter in pan. You have to pat it to get it to spread. TOPPING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. nuts Mix with mixer until smooth. Pour evenly on cake. Bake approximately 50-55 minutes at 325 degrees until top looks like meringue. |
