1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 carton sour cream
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3/4 c. Coco Lopez (Coco Casa cream of coconut can be substituted)

Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. Coco Lopez

Beat ingredients together and ice cake only between the layers.
