4 c. flour 1 lb. butter, softened 1/2 pt. sour cream FILLING: Nuts, crushed (add milk, sugar and 2 tbsp. honey to spreading consistency) Apricot filling Poppy seed Any of the fillings are good. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, beat butter and sour cream and add flour. Refrigerate for at least an hour. The longer refrigerated the better. Make about six pieces out of the dough, flour and sugar board, roll out each piece separately. Fill with your favorite filling. Place on baking sheets. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until nice and brown. Do not grease pans. Freezes well. |
