Chocolate cake mix (any brand)
Chocolate instant pudding mix (any brand)
2 eggs
2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
4 oz. pkg. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x13" pan. Prepare the pudding mix as directed on the package using 2 cups of milk. Add the dry cake mix and 2 eggs. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cake is done when it springs back after touching but will be very moist and should never be baked longer than 35 minutes. (Unless you are at a very high altitude, or the humidity is high.)
