Mix together and chill: 4 c. flour 2 egg yolks 1/2 pt. sour cream FILLING: 1 1/2 c. ground walnuts 1/2 c. sugar Cinnamon to taste Divide dough into 5 parts. Roll out into a 15 inch circle. Cut into 16 wedges. Place 1 tsp. of nut mixture on the wide end of each wedge. Roll up starting with the wide point. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes. Roll each hot horn in powdered sugar. Makes 80 horns. |
