1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. 4x sugar 1 c. Cool Whip
Cream the cream cheese, add the vanilla and the 4x sugar. Fold into Cool Whip. Four into graham cracker crust. Top with cherry, strawberry, blueberry pie filling or whatever you like.

I love this one! I am so glad I found the exact recipe! I must have lifted up every cool whip recipe card from the top of the containers (but I do now realize that it was probably on the cream cheese package)! My neighbor made me a delicious baked cheesecake and I wanted to make this one for her to try. Thank you.
