2 med. bananas, peeled 1/2 c. evaporated milk, skim 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Strawberry, banana, or almond extract; optional 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole unsweetened strawberries Wrap peeled bananas in plastic wrap and place in freezer for at least 2 hours until frozen. Cut frozen bananas into chunks and place in blender or food processor. Combine milk and extract(s) and pour over bananas. Blend until smooth. Reserve a couple strawberries to slice for garnish, if desired, gradually add remaining strawberries to blender or food processor, blinding briefly after each addition. Serve immediately. |
