1 egg white, unbeaten 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. boiling water 1 can Baker's coconut Mix first 4 ingredients in small deep bowl. Add boiling water. Beat until stiff peaks with rotary beater or even easier with electric mixer. Spread between layers and sides of 8 inch cake. It's best on angel cake. Sprinkle with coconut. (Makes 3 cups.) |
