2 pkg. lady fingers 8 oz. Cool Whip 12 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 16 oz. well drained crushed pineapple 1 can cherry pie filling Line sides and bottom of springform pan with lady fingers. Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Blend in pineapple. Pour into pan. Chill 12 hours. Top with chilled cherry pie filling. Remove from pan. |
