1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
8 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla

1 (15 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. nuts

Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Put cream cheese mixture into pan. Then spread brownie mix on top. Marble with knife. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
