RHUBARB JELLO CAKE		 

4 c. raw cubed rhubarb
1 c. sugar over rhubarb
1 box (sm.) red Jello (dry)
1 yellow cake mix (mixed according to directions)

Bake 35 minutes and serve with whipped cream when cooled.
