RHUBARB JELLO CAKE
 

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 box strawberry Jello
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. cut rhubarb

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Put egg into 1 cup and add milk to fill cup. Stir into the crumbs and add vanilla. Spread into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Put rhubarb on top. Sprinkle on box of Jello. Mix sugar, flour and butter to make crumbs and sprinkle on top of Jello. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
