1 (16 oz.) can apple pie filling 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. salad oil 2 eggs 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt ICING: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. 2. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour into pan and bake for 55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. 4. Combine all icing ingredients and stir until well mixed. 5. Ice the cake. |
