RASPBERRY SWIRL CAKE
 

Angel food cake
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (3 oz.)
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
Whipping cream or frozen dairy topping

Using a string, slice off 1 inch from the top of the cake. With a knife, cut 1 inch from side of cake, almost cutting to base.

Add 1 cup boiling water to package of strawberry Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries to Jello. Flake loose cake into mixture. Toss, but don't stir too much. Fill the hole in cake with strawberry/make mixture. Put top back on cake. Just before serving, frost with whipping cream.
