1 lg. pkg. Oreos
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix (prepare as directed)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (12 oz.) tubs Cool Whip
1/2 c. butter, melted

Crush Oreos into fine bits. Reserve one cup and put aside. Mix the remaining Oreos with 1/2 cup melted butter and press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cream cheese with one tub of Cool Whip and spread over Oreo layer. Spread prepared chocolate pudding over cream cheese layer. Top with 1 tub of Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with reserved cup of crushed Oreos. Refrigerate until serving.
