2 lg. white potatoes, grated 1 lg. onion, grated 1 egg 2 1/2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. cooking oil Butter to taste Salt to taste Grate potatoes and onion together. Do Not drain off liquid. Add beaten egg. Add flour. Add more if batter is runny. Fry in oil until brown and edges are crisp. Garnish with butter and salt. |
