FROSTED ANGEL CAKE

1 pkg. angel cake
1 jar strawberry jam
1 pt. heavy cream

Prepare angel cake as package directions. Cut in half horizontally and spread strawberry jam on bottom half of the cake. Put top on. Whip cream and frost top and sides of cake with it. Serves 12.
