1 box lemon cake mix 1 box instant lemon pudding 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs 3/4 c. water TOPPING: 1/2 c. orange juice 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. oil Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Make well in center. Put in water, oil and eggs. Beat for 5 minutes. Put in greased 9"x11" baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Prick with fork all over. Pour on topping. Let stand for 2 hours, cover and refrigerate. |
